Want a quick and easy way to incorporate more calcium into your diet?

This week’s recipe – “Banana and Honey Smoothie” – is not only a tasty way to boost your daily intake of calcium but is also super simple to make and perfect for when you are on-the-go!

Serves: 2

• 1 large banana, chopped
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp linseeds, sunflower seeds and almonds (LSA mix)
• 1 cup low fat milk
• ½ cup low fat natural yoghurt

Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender, and mix until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses.
