When it comes to boosting your fertility, one of the most important nutrients is folate. An easy way to increase your folate intake is by ensuring your are including fresh folate-rich foods, such as spinach, into your diet.

Fertility Juice

Serves: 1

Ingredients

  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 3-4 mint leaves
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 1 orange, peeled and chopped 
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 cup water

Method

Place all ingredients into a food processor and blitz until well combined and smooth. 

Pour into a glass and enjoy!
