About the webinar:

In general, research suggests that fertility usually starts to decline faster after the age of 35. The quality and quantity of a women's eggs, and a man's sperm, both decline making it harder to fall pregnant. But it's not impossible! And dietary factors may play a significant role in this.

In this free webinar, Anita explores the current research surrounding nutrition and fertility in over 35's in order to provide an updated recommendation.
