About the webinar:

The right nutrition after childbirth can play a vital role in assisting the body's recovery, boosting energy levels and ensuring adequate milk supply. The idea of a confinement period, more traditionally part of the Asian culture, is to protect a mother and her baby from ill health. It includes practices that range from the prohibition of doing certain daily tasks to the restriction of certain food intake.

In this free webinar, Catherine explores the current research surrounding the dietary considerations of the confinement period in order to provide an updated recommendation.
