Christie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian based in Perth, Western Australia. Christie is passionate about providing a specialised nutrition service in the areas of pregnancy, fertility and women’s health.

Christie is also a trained Monash Accredited low FODMAP dietitian, providing a unique service for women who suffer both irritable bowel syndrome and women’s health concerns.

About the webinar:

Around one in five Australians experiences the unpleasant symptoms of Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) at some time. Some women that suffer from IBS often note a change in their symptoms when pregnant - for some it may be an improvement, for others it can worsen.

While the low-FODMAP diet is often used in the management of IBS, there are a number of factors that need to be considered when managing IBS and diet during pregnancy.

In this free webinar, Christie explores the current research surrounding IBS and diet during pregnancy and provides an updated recommendation.
